At E-Kings, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our premium electric bikes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your E-Kings electric bike within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets our return conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your electric bike must:

  • Be in new, unused condition with minimal test riding (under 5km)
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
  • Have no damage, scratches, or modifications
  • Include proof of purchase (order number and receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [your-email@e-kings.shop] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the bike and packaging

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Australian customers: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

International customers: Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before returning to discuss the most cost-effective method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned bike:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency (AUD)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your bike for a different model, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bike arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you
  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, including shipping charges

Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects discovered after the 30-day return window may be covered under our warranty. Please refer to your warranty documentation or contact our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized bikes
  • Bikes showing signs of use beyond test riding
  • Accessories or parts that have been installed or used
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Restocking Fee

Returns that do not meet our return conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
